Quick Shot: In Memory

Today we stop to remember the tragic events of September 11th, 2001. I'd like to dedicate today's Quick Shot to the men and women of the United States military, public servants and members of our police and firemen who have sacrificed to keep this country safe. 

This photograph is of the changing of the guard at Arlington National Cemetery. Their mission is to stand over the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier all day and night to ensure we do not forget about those who have died to protect our freedom. Most of the people who work to keep America safe will never be recognized for their service, but today I pause in thanks to everyone who has contributed to our safety and the protection of our freedoms.
