ST Road Trip: Horseshoe Bend / Page, AZ Update
Last night we spent over four hours waiting for sunset over Horseshoe Bend, only for it to be a total dud. I was irritated by the fact that it was our first flop of a sunset on the #st_roadtrip.... but I wasn't going to loose to the stinkin' sun! So tonight we hiked back to the edge of Horseshoe Bend, and as you can see, I won. Take that sun! This photograph isn't some fancy Photoshop or HDR magic- it's a nine image panorama taken on the @leica_camera SL Type 601 +24-90mm lens - lightly edited. That's right folks, the sky actually looked like that. Proof that perseverance pays off! (And having a camera with some sick dynamic range helps too!)
